How Our Delivery Works
All orders are packed in insulated boxes and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles from our Buckie depot. Fish bought at Peterhead market can be in your kitchen the same day or next morning, the short supply chain from landing to delivery is one of the most significant factors in the quality of what arrives at your door.
We run established delivery routes rather than ad hoc drops, meaning your delivery comes on a scheduled day every week, not when it suits us. That predictability matters for kitchen planning and stock management.
