Where Our Fish Comes From
The quality of what we supply starts with where we source. For North Scotland customers, that sourcing story matters and ours is one of the strongest available.
We buy daily from Peterhead Fish Market, one of the largest white fish markets in Europe, giving us access to the full range of North Sea and Atlantic species haddock, cod, coley, monkfish, lemon sole, plaice, hake, megrim, pollock and squid.
We also source directly from Shetland, where cod, coley, squid, monkfish and mussels land from some of Scotland's most productive fishing grounds. And our own vessels land catch at Buckie on the Moray Coast.
Three strong sources. Short supply chains. Less handling. Fresher fish when it reaches your kitchen.

FAQs
You mention Peterhead and Shetland — does that mean the fish is fresher?
Yes. buying direct from Peterhead market and sourcing from Shetland means we're working close to the point of landing, not buying from a central depot that bought from someone else. Combined with private vessel landings at Buckie, our supply chain is shorter than most wholesalers operating in North Scotland.
